Job Description
- Hold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET) and / or Assessor Award (TAQA / CAVA / A1)
- Must be an experienced Teaching Assistant.
- Experience / knowledge of SEND / Autism desirable.
- Confident to deliver group-based, face to face training.
- Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
Duties include:
- Deliver Teaching Assistant qualifications, at Level 1 and Level 2, to adult learners in a group-based setting.
- Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Work to learner review and completion timescales.
