Job Title: Teaching Assistant Assessor / Trainer (Trainee or Qualified)

Location: West Yorkshire – Must be flexible with travel

Salary: Β£25,500 – Β£28,000 (Depending on experience and qualifications)

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Criteria for all candidates

  • Must be an experienced Teaching Assistant with recent experience spanning for the last 3-5 years
  • Experience / knowledge of SEND / Autism is highly desirable.
  • Confident to deliver group-based, face to face training.
  • Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.

Duties include

  • Deliver Teaching Assistant qualifications at Level 1 and Level 2, to adult learners in a group-based setting.
  • Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners\\\’ skills knowledge and behaviours.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners\’ progress.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner\’s needs.
  • Work to learner review and completion timescales.
