Job Title: Teaching Assistant Assessor / Trainer (Trainee or Qualified) Location: West Yorkshire – Must be flexible with travel Salary: up to £28,000 (Depending on experience and qualifications) – pro rata for term time Type: Full Time OR Term Time considered Criteria for all candidates: Must be an experienced Teaching Assistant with recent experience spanning for the last 3-5 years Experience / knowledge of SEND / Autism is highly desirable. Confident to deliver group-based, face to face training. Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.Duties include: Deliver Teaching Assistant qualifications up to Level 3, to adult learners in a group-based setting. Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners\’ skills knowledge and behaviours. Organise and maintain documentation on learners\’ progress. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
