About the role

In your role as Senior Investment Advice Associate you will make a meaningful and valued contribution from the outset. This role will provide a great opportunity toensure that all advice is clear, robust, and aligned with the best financial interests of the scheme, its members, and its employers.
You\’ll work closely with colleagues to support the development of well-informed recommendations, contributing to sound decision-making and the long-term financial health of the scheme. This is a key support role for someone with a strong analytical mindset and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.

What you will be doing

As a trusted part of the Investment Product Management you will be responsible for:

  • Support delivery of investment advice with a focus on Responsible Investment
  • Produce Managers & Mandate Committee papers
  • Draft Mandate Viability Assessments for new mandates
  • Embed Responsible Investment within the scheme
  • Ensure advice is high quality, clear, and in members\’ best interests
  • Maintain legal and governance documentation
  • Draft and review key governance documents like the Implementation Statement
