Job Title: Residential Childcare Assessor (Trainee or Qualified) Location: Home/Field based covering Manchester / Liverpool and surrounding areas Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 (Depending on qualifications and experience) + bonus scheme! Our client is happy to consider non-qualified Assessors, who possess a solid history within Residential Childcare at Team Leader level or above – and ideally some exposure to training and development. Full training and support will be given to Trainee candidates to achieve the Teaching / Assessing qualification. Essential Criteria: Hold strong, occupational competency at Team Leader level or above within a Residential Childcare setting. Ideally hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare. Experience of delivering on-the-job training would be highly desirable. Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle. Must be flexible with travel.Duties include: Assess and support a caseload of learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships, Level 3 and Level 4. Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and meetings are conducted. Conduct online video meetings and training sessions with learners. Organise and maintain documentation on learners\’ progress. Support, advise and motivate learners. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
