Job Title: Residential Childcare Assessor Location: Hybrid – Home/Field based covering the North West of England Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 (Depending on experience) Package: Excellent Benefits Package, Pension, Expenses + much more Type: Full Time, Permanent Essential Criteria: Hold either a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA. Hold solid occupational experience at Team Leader level or above, within a Children\’s Home. Experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Residential Childcare, ideally up to Level 5. Knowledge of End Point Assessment. Must hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare as a minimum. Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle. Must be flexible with travel.Duties include: Assess and support a caseload of learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships, Level 4 and Level 5. Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and meetings are conducted. Conduct remote and face to face meetings and training sessions with learners. Organise and maintain documentation on learners\’ progress. Support, advise and motivate learners.
