For ‘Trainee’ candidates: Our client will provide full training and guidance to develop your teaching skills, complete a teaching qualification and enable you to make a real difference in the lives of learners.
Essential Criteria:
- Must hold a Cat 1 F Gas and Hydrocarbon Qualified.
- Hold a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Refrigeration (Air Conditioning/Heat Pump).
- Occupational experience in the field of refrigeration, heat pump or air conditioning.
- Good level of I.T skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Duties include:
- Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions for learners completing accredited qualifications in Refrigeration, Heat Pump and Air Conditioning.
- Coach, support and motivate learners throughout their training programme, ensuring learners are progressing within expectations.
