Job Title:  Plastering Tutor (Trainee or Qualified) Location:  Newmarket – Centre based Salary:  up to £34,000 (Depending on skills and experience) Package:  Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Pension + more Type:  Full Time, Permanent  Duties: Teach/assess learners working towards a vocational qualification in Plastering.   Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs. Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners’ skills knowledge and behaviours Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews. Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression. Embedding of Maths and English into sessions. Criteria: Hold – or be willing to work towards – a recognised Teaching or Assessing qualification. Must hold solid, occupational experience within Plastering. Hold a level 2 as a minimum within Plastering. Ideally have experience of delivering training/workshops to groups of learners – or providing on-the-job training within the workplace.
