KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills & Employability sectors. We would like to speak with experienced Electricians, who are looking for an opportunity to train the next generation and come away from the tools.
- NO site work

What do you need?
- You must hold solid occupational competency/hands on experience within Electrical Installation.
- Must hold your own Level 2 qualification in Electrical Installations, or equivalent.
- You must be confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
- Must be IT literate.
Duties:
- Teach/assess learners working towards Electrical qualifications up to Level 2 within a classroom-based environment.
- Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners’ skills, knowledge and behaviours.
- Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.
- Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.
- Embedding of Maths and English into sessions.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
