KM Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a leading training provider, who are currently looking to appointa remote based Marketing Assistant.
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting and delivering campaigns that promote training and apprenticeship programmes to both learners and employers.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience of working within a marketing role within the Apprenticeship / Training sector
- Knowledge of the apprenticeship and vocational training landscape to support targeted marketing attraction strategies for both learners and employers.
- Experience with using key social media platforms such as Linkedin, Instagram and Facebook.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Duties Include:
- Assist with the creation, scheduling, and management of engaging content across digital platforms (social media, website, email).
- Assist with marketing campaigns to boost learner applications and employer engagement.
- Maintain the website using a CMS and support on-page content improvements.
- Help coordinate email marketing efforts and CRM database updates.
- Contribute to the design and production of brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Monitor and report on social media activity and campaign engagement.
- Support the delivery of online and in-person events such as webinars and employer showcases
- Collect and share learner stories and success case studies.
