KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.\\n\\nJob Title: Learning Support Tutor\\n\\nLocation: Centre based near York\\n\\nSalary: £27,600\\n\\nType: Full Time, Permanent\\nThis is an exciting role for someone passionate about education and rehabilitation, who has the ability to motivate and inspire diverse learners.\\n\\nDuties:\\n\\nSupport and work closely with Tutors and Learners by helping deliver enrichment sessions and educational activities.\\nProvide support to both individuals and groups of learners, to ensure learners maintain engagement with course materials and improve self-confidence.\\nCreate a positive learning environment, engage learners in meaningful experiences, and encourage their personal development.\\nAssist in the development of inspiring and creative learning activities/resources which cater to diverse learner needs.\\nMonitor and maintain records based on learner attendance and progression.\\nOffer continuous support, through addressing any barriers to engagement and learning, and supporting your learners to remain focussed on their goals and aspirations, ensuring a positive environment is fostered for their own personal growth. Essential Criteria:\\n\\nHold – or be willing to work towards – a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3.\\nMust possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with all learners effectively.\\nStrong attention to detail.Please note:\\nKM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
