Job Title: Internal Verifier/IQA β Teaching / Initial Teacher Training (ITT) Location: Home/Field based β Must be flexible with travel Salary: Β£35,700 + Fantastic Benefits Package Type: Full time, Permanent The Role: To lead and monitor the internal verification activities for Primary, Secondary and SEND Initial Teacher Training (ITT) and Post Graduate Teaching Apprenticeships. Develop, plan and execute Quality Improvement Plans, driving and promoting continuous quality improvement and outstanding teaching and learning. Mentor and support a team of Assessors to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery through observations, and deliver CPD training based on new and emerging trends. Lead regular standardisation meetings, as well as observations of teaching and learning. Monitor the implementation of Additional Learning Support, including ALN and support plans. Oversee the recruitment process β and end-to-end placement experience β for Trainee Teachers β particularly within underperforming settings, to ensure compliance and a positive experience. Analysis of learner data (progress, outcomes and feedback) to drive improvement and reduce out-of-funding risks. Essential Criteria: Must hold QTS. Ideally hold a recognised IQA qualification. Experience of quality assurance within education, teacher training or Apprenticeships. Full, clean, UK driving licence and use of a vehicle.
