Job Title: Hotel Management Assessor / FOH *Trainee or Qualified Assessor Opportunity* Full training and support will be given to candidates to achieve the Level 3 Award in Education and Training Location: Home/Field based – Must be flexible with travel throughout NorfolK Salary: £31,500 – £33,500 (Depending on qualifications) Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage + much more! Type: Full-time, Permanent Essential Criteria: Must have experience of working as a Front of House Manager within a Hotel setting (F&B; Food Production; Reception; Housekeeping). Ideally hold an NVQ Level 3 or above in Hospitality (although not essential if strong competency is evidenced). Confident to support/deliver Functional Skills Maths and English (full training provided) Full driving licence and use of own vehicle. Must be flexible with travel. Duties include: Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality Levels 2/3/4 to include: Food Production, Food and Beverage Service and Hospitality Management – plus any other front of house related qualifications and back of house if competent to deliver. Delivering via a blended learning approach (Remote/online delivery and some face-to-face learning). Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted. Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress. Support, advise and motivate learners. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs. Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration. Personal Skills: Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively. Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
