Job Title: Hospitality Assessor / Trainer (Trainee or Qualified) *Trainee or Qualified Assessor Opportunity* Full training and support will be given to candidates to achieve the Level 3 Award in Education and Training Location: Home/Field based – Must be flexible with travel Salary: £28,600 – £30,600 (Depending on qualifications) Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage + much more! Type: Full-time, Permanent Essential Criteria: Must have experience of working at Supervisory level or above within a Hospitality setting (FOH and BOH), across Food & Beverage and Food Production. Must hold an NVQ Level 2 or above in Hospitality. Experience of delivering on-the-job training would be highly desirable. Full driving licence and use of own vehicle. Must be flexible with travel.Duties include: Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality, across Back of House and Front of House specialisms. Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration. Delivering via a blended learning approach (Remote/online delivery and some face-to-face learning). Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted. Organise and maintain documentation on learners\’ progress. Support, advise and motivate learners. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.Personal Skills: Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
