Essential Criteria:
- Must hold solid, occupational competency within Food Safety.
- Must hold a recognised Level 2 qualification in Food Safety, or similar.
- Must be IT Literate.
- Willingness to work towards PTLLS/AET - fully funded and supported by employer.
- Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
- Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.
Duties include:
- Deliver Food Safety and Life Skills training to learners based within a classroom environment.
- Promote employability, communication digital literacy, reading and personal development.
- Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours.
- Undertake inventory checks for tools, equipment and materials.
- Work in partnership with local employers, to source work experience opportunities for learners.
- Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.
