Job Title: Exams and EPA Coordinator Location: Home based, with travel to office as required (working from office is also available) Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 (dependent on experience) Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Pension + Much More! Type: Full Time, Permanent Duties include (but are not limited to): Manage and coordinate a variety of internal and external assessments (formative, summative, mock and EPA) Manage and coordinate a team of Exam Invigilators, including diary management. Be the main point of contact for Invigilators, EPAOs, Assessors and Apprentices. Accurately book learner exams with the appropriate Awarding Organisation. Ensure exam functions are managed and delivered in a timely manner according to Apprenticeship and EPAO standards Provide information and guidance to support the team and apprentices in understanding the Gateway and EPA processes Responsible for accurately managing data regarding learner progress/outcomes, and compliance with awarding bodies. Carry out regular internal audits to ensure learner data is accurate, regular reports are submitted, and identify any areas for improvement.Essential Criteria: Proven experience of working as an Exams Coordinator, within the education sector. Good knowledge and understanding of Gateway/EPA process and Apprenticeship standards. Strong knowledge of funding and audit practice and requirements.
