Responsibilities:
- Maintain and nurture relationships with new and existing employers and stakeholders to encourage an increase in learner starts and business growth.
- Promote our client as the training provider of choice to maximise opportunities.
- Achieve targets to maximise income and profit from learner starts.
- Attend meetings with key stakeholders to discuss training and recruitment needs and develop suitable delivery models.
- Utilise CRM systems to create and coordinate a pipeline of opportunities for employer and candidate participation.
- Work closely with the SMT to ensure income contributions meet contractual requirements.
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience in employer and stakeholder engagement/management.
- Knowledge of funded education qualifications and government training contracts.
- Ability to build long-lasting effective partnerships with employers, generating a continuous pipeline of learner referrals.
- Organised, process-driven, and target-oriented with strong engagement skills at all employer levels.
