KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills & Employability sectors. We would like to speak with experienced Electricians, who are looking for an opportunity to train the next generation and come away from the tools.
NO site work

Stable, full time permanent employment
Starting salary: £30,600 (gradually increasing to £36,500) + a bonus of £4,500!
Location: Derbyshire – Centre based

What do you need?
- You must hold solid occupational competency/hands on experience within Electrical Installation.
- Must hold any of the following:
- Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation/Maintenance
- C&G 2360 pt2, pt3 or equivalent
- C&G 2382 18th edition or equivalent
- C&G 2391 inspection and test or equivalent
Duties:
- Deliver Electrical Installation Apprenticeships up to Level 3, across practical and theoretical competencies.
- Assist with the development and implementation of learning resources.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to match learner's needs.
- Supporting learners to ensure they are fully prepared for End Point Assessment.
- Provide support on internal verification processes as required.
