Unqualified Assessors will undergo training and support to complete an Assessor Qualification.
Essential Criteria:
- Must be a qualified Electrician, holding a minimum of a Level 3 (Domestic).
- Must hold a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Electrician.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Duties include:
- Deliver Electrical Installation/Maintenance Apprenticeships at Level 3, and relevant short courses, across practical and theoretical competencies.
- Assist with the development and implementation of learning resources.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner needs.
