KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors \\n\\nJob Title: Education Hub Programme Manager (Industrial)\\n\\nLocation: York – centre based\\n\\nSalary: £40,000\\n\\nType: Full Time, Permanent\\n\\nDuties:\\n\\nResponsible for the management of an Industries and Activities Hub; managing a team of Instructors, as well as the overall design and continuous improvement of programmes aimed at to assist the unemployed in to the workforce.\\nEnsuring that all programmes meet industry standards, safety regulations and provide valuable opportunities for individuals on programme.\\nWork in partnership with delivery staff, to embed learning in to industrial work experience (e.g. Cleaning / Production / Manufacturing). \\nHandle the procurement and maintenance of equipment and materials.\\nMonitoring of budgets.\\nEnsure learners are allocated to programmes which align with their skills and aspirations. \\nMonitor the performance of programmes, across: participation, progress and outcomes and utilise data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.\\nMaintain awareness of vocational training trends, technological advancements and sustainable practices.\\nEssential Criteria:\\n\\nExperience within a similar management position within the training industry.\\nExperience of performance management and staff development.\\nExperience of developing and implementing improvement plans.\\nA sound knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.\\nIdeally hold a relevant degree in: Education; Business Management or similar.\\nHold, or be willing to work towards, IOSH Level 3.\\nExcellent communication and organisational skills.Please note:\\n\\nKM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
