KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills & Employability sectors.\\n\\nJob Title: Education Admin Manager\\n\\nLocation: York – Centre based\\n\\nSalary: up to £32,000 (Depending on experience)\\n \\nPackage: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage, Pension + Much More!\\n\\nType: Full Time, Permanent\\n\\nDuties:\\n\\nManage a team of 7 education administrators, ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of all administrative functions, to include: data management, learner allocation, exam management, resource procurement and stock control.\\nAllocation of tasks and monitoring of workload, to ensure departmental objectives are met.\\nDeliver training and development across relevant administrative processes and systems. \\nEnsuring all data is accurate, in-line with compliance standards and uploaded in a timely manner.\\nEnsuring learners undertaking work experience are being reimbursed correctly.\\nIdentify and carry out improvements in administrative processes, to ensure efficiency.\\nPrepare and present reports for the SMT in line with educational performance, attendance and outcomes.\\nEssential Criteria:\\n\\nMust have experience of working within a similar Administration Management role, ideally within the education sector.\\nExperience in using data management systems.\\nStrong leadership and people management skills.\\nIdeally hold a Level 3 Business Admin qualification, or equivalent.\\nMust possess excellent communication skills (written and verbally).\\nPlease note:\\nKM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
