Type: Full time, Permanent KM have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager, who would like to transition in to a new and rewarding career within the training industry to support Apprentices!  Essential Criteria: Must have experience of working as a Nursery Manager (3+ years). Must hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare. Ideally hold a Level 3 Teaching Qualification or an Assessors award Ideally hold a Level 5 qualification in Early Years Childcare. Must hold a minimum of a Level 2 English and Maths / GCSE equivalents. Experience of delivering on-the-job training to staff would be highly desirable. Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively. Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people. Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle. Must be flexible with travel.Duties include: Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Early Years Childcare up to Level 5, along with Functional Skills to level 2. Manage a caseload of learners, conduct remote and face to face observations to gather evidence towards their Apprenticeships. Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and completions. Support learners through the End Point Assessment Process. Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress. Support, advise and motivate learners. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
