Job Title: Construction CSCS Tutor / Trainer Location: Norwich – Centre based Salary: up to £34,000 (Depending on skills and experience) Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Pension + more Type: Full Time, Permanent Duties: * To deliver Construction training to learners in a classroom-based environment, leading them to acquire their CSCS cards. * Deliver Employability Skills, alongside Functional Skills, Digital and Personal Development. * Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs. * Development of resources. * Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners’ skills knowledge and behaviours * Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews. * Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression. Criteria: * Must have experience of providing accredited, or on-the-job training within the Construction sector. * Must hold a Level 3 Health and Safety qualification, or higher. * Must hold solid, occupational experience of employment within the Construction industry. * Must hold own GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above / Functional Skills equivalents. * Hold a level 2 qualification as a minimum within a Construction trade. * Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively. * Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
