Job Description

KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability Sectors.\\n\\nJob Title: Computer Aided Design (CAD) Tutor\\n\\nLocation: York – Centre based\\n\\nSalary: £30,000 – £35,000 (Depending on qualifications and experience)\\n\\nType: Full Time, Permanent\\n\\nEssential Criteria:\\n\\nMust hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in CAD or Engineering Design (or equivalent). \\nHold – or be willing to work towards – a Level 5 teaching qualification (DTLLS/DET or equivalent/above)\\nMust be proficient in CAD software and engineering design.\\nExperience of delivering CAD instruction. Duties include:\\n\\nDeliver high-quality and engaging lessons in Computer Aided Design (CAD), focussing on engineering concepts to learners undertaking Level 2 and 3 qualifications.\\nEnsure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours\\nOvercome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.\\nProvide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.\\nMonitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.Personal Skills:\\n\\nOrganisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively\\nConfident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people\\nQuality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners\\nPlease note:\\n\\nKM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
