Job Title: Coaching Trainer Assessor (Early Years / Education) Location: Home Based / Remote Salary: up to £36,000 Package includes: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage + much more! Type: Full time, Permanent KM has several exciting opportunities for experienced Managers / Leaders from the Early Years or Education sectors, who have strong coaching and mentoring skills, offering a chance to transition into a rewarding new career within the training industry. These roles are home based, supporting Apprentices remotely. Essential Criteria: Must hold a minimum of 3 years\’ Management experience, within a Nursery or School setting, such as; multi-site nursery management; Nursery Manager (20+ staff); Headteacher; Deputy Headteacher; Head of Department etc. Possess extensive experience in providing on-the-job coaching and mentoring to staff. Coaching in Early Years: must hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years. Coaching in Education: must hold a minimum Level 5 Teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE; CertEd). Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively. Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people. Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (flexible with travel, as and when required).Duties include: Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in: Coaching in Education, or Coaching in Early Years L5 (depending on competency), in conjunction with the ILM Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring Manage a caseload of learners, conducting remote observations and coaching sessions, to gather evidence towards their Apprenticeships. Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and completions. Support learners through the End Point Assessment Process. Organise and maintain documentation on learners\’ progress. Support, advise and motivate learners. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
