KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.\\n\\nJob Title: Close Protection Tutor/Assessor\\n\\nLocation: North West – Must be flexible with travel\\nSalary: circa £29,000\\n\\nType: Full Time, 12 month FTC (Hours to be discussed with your Recruiter)\\n  \\nEssential Criteria for all candidates:\\n\\nMust hold either an Assessors award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) AND/OR a Level 3 Teaching qualification.\\nMust hold all of the following qualifications: Level 3 Delivery of Conflict Management Training; Level 3 Award for Deliverers of Physical Intervention for Close Protection Officers; L3 Close Protection Physical Intervention.\\nExperience of delivering accredited courses is desirable. \\nHappy to deliver training in-person and online.\\nHold solid occupational experience within Close Protection.\\nDriving licence and a vehicle – candidate must be flexible with travel.Duties:\\nManage a caseload of learners working towards Close Protection qualifications up to Level 3.\\nDeliver engaging training and support learners through their qualifications.\\nManaging your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.\\nOrganise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.\\nSupport, advise and motivate learners.\\nOvercome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.Personal Skills: \\nOrganisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.\\nConfident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.\\nQuality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learner.Please note:\\n \\nKM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
