Salary: £29,000 – £32,000 + expenses / Benefits
Type: Full Time, Permanent (Hours to be discussed with your Recruiter)
Essential Criteria for all candidates:
- Must holdeither anAssessorsaward (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA)AND/ORa Level 3 Teaching qualification.
- Must hold all of the following qualifications: Level 3 Delivery of Conflict Management Training; Level 3 Award for Deliverers of Physical Intervention for Close Protection Officers; L3 Close Protection Physical Intervention.
- Experience of delivering accredited courses is desirable.
- Happy to deliver training in-person and online.
- Holdsolid occupational experience within Close Protection.
- Driving licence and a vehicle – candidate must be flexible with travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of learners working towards Close Protection qualifications up to Level 3.
- Deliver engaging training and support learners through their qualifications.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.

- Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
