KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability Sectors.\\n \\n Job Title: Brickwork Tutor (Trainee or Qualified)\\n \\n Location: Centre based\\n \\n Salary: up to £34,000 (Depending on skills and experience)\\n \\n Type: Full Time, Permanent\\n \\n Essential Criteria:\\nMust hold your own Level 2 NVQ in Bricklaying.\\nExperience of delivering vocational training, or on-the-job training to colleagues/Apprentices.\\nWillingness to work towards PTLLS/AET – fully funded and supported by employer.\\nMust hold solid occupational competency within Bricklaying.\\nIdeally have experience of delivering training/workshops to groups of learners.\\nMust be IT Literate.Duties include:\\nTeach/assess learners working towards a Level 2 vocational qualification in Bricklaying within a classroom-based environment.\\nEnsure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours\\nMonitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.\\nProvide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.\\nEmbedding of Maths and English into sessions.\\nOvercome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.\\n Personal Skills:\\nOrganisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively\\nConfident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people\\nQuality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners\\n Please note:\\n \\n KM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
