The Role
We’re looking for a Founding (Senior) Software Engineer to build and shape the Klyk platform from zero-to-one. This is a foundational position with significant autonomy, where you’ll work directly with the technical co-founder to design and ship core systems that power the future of our IT, hardware, and cyber offerings. As an early technical hire, you will influence everything from architecture and tooling to engineering culture and long-term product direction. Expect variety, ownership, and the opportunity to help define how a modern, sustainable IT platform should work. This role suits someone who thrives in early-stage environments, enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and wants to work on meaningful technology that has both business and environmental impact.

What You’ll Do
- Build the Core Platform - Design and implement foundational features across our internal and customer-facing tools. Build systems that improve operational efficiency, elevate customer experience, and support our sustainability mission. Help define our technical strategy, architecture, and best practices.
- Partner Across Teams - Work closely with Support, Ops, Cyber, Sales, and Leadership to understand pain points and opportunities. Translate real business needs into simple, scalable products and internal workflows. Contribute to a unified, forward-looking platform that connects all parts of the business.
