Marketing Executive — Paid Social & Content

At Klyk, we are building the world’s first AI-Enabled IT Operating System for modern, high-growth businesses.

Our mission is simple yet radical: to remove both friction and waste from IT operations entirely, keeping growing teams in their creative flow—and electronic waste out of landfills.

By packaging our deep IT expertise into a powerful, scalable Saa S stack that lives natively inside Slack and MS Teams, we automate and resolve employee IT issues instantly right where they already work.

At the exact same time, our platform seamlessly coordinates the physical world:

provisioning premium refurbished hardware, tracking software and hardware assets from delivery to retirement, and enforcing enterprise-grade, zero-trust cybersecurity at the click of a button.

We are already a proud Certified B Corp trusted by some of the UK’s most impactful and high-growth organisations—including B Lab UK, Wild, THIS, SURI, Bloom & Wild, OLIO, Oddbox, and Field Energy.

With our AI service desk app live in Beta and an eager pipeline of pilot customers waiting to deploy right now, we are actively looking to scale our sustainable, automation-powered ecosystem.

But what truly drives us is a deeply human mission: we are working to eradicate digital poverty.

We believe that access to technology is a fundamental right, yet millions of young people remain locked out of the digital world.

Every cycle of hardware we manage feeds directly into this goal—we refurbish and donate high-quality devices to children living below the digital poverty line.

By joining Klyk, you aren't just building a Saa S platform; you are directly helping to bridge the digital divide and place the tools for a brighter future into the hands of the kids who need them most.

The Role — Marketing Executive

You’ll be a key part of Klyk's marketing team, with a particular focus on paid social and content creation .

You’ll help us get in front of the right audiences, create content that people actually want to engage with, and turn attention into measurable growth.

This is a hands-on role.

You'll be in Ads Manager one minute, filming content the next, then editing a video, analysing campaign performance, and figuring out what we should test next.

You'll take ownership of our paid social activity across platforms such as Meta and Linked In, while helping to build Klyk's organic social presence through creative, relevant and high-quality content.

We're looking for someone who understands that great marketing isn't just about making things look good.

It's about creating content that gets attention, testing what works, understanding the data, and continually improving performance.

You'll have real ownership from day one, with the opportunity to test ideas, move quickly and make a visible impact on the growth of the business.

  • Location: Our office in London, Acton (with a hybrid working culture)
  • What You’ll Do
  • You’ll help own and grow Klyk's paid social campaigns across Meta, Linked In and other relevant platforms.
  • You’ll set up and manage campaigns, build audiences, test creative and messaging, monitor performance and optimise towards meaningful commercial outcomes.
  • You’ll be comfortable looking at metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA and conversion rates, and using what the data tells you to make better decisions.
  • You’ll continually test new audiences, creative formats, hooks, copy and landing pages to improve performance and find what works.
  • You’ll play a hands-on role in creating content for Klyk's social channels and paid campaigns.
  • You’ll be comfortable getting behind the camera, filming people, products, office life and ideas, and turning them into engaging short-form content.
  • You’ll film and edit video content yourself, using tools such as Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva or similar.
  • You’ll have a good instinct for what makes content interesting, whether that's a strong hook, a great visual, a relevant trend or a simple idea executed really well.
  • You’ll help build a consistent flow of content that strengthens the Klyk brand and supports our commercial goals.
  • You’ll help manage and grow Klyk's presence across relevant social channels.
  • You’ll plan and create content, write copy, schedule posts, engage with the community and keep an eye on what's happening across the platforms.
  • You’ll understand the difference between content designed to build the brand and content designed to drive action — and know how to do both.
  • You’ll stay on top of emerging formats, trends and platform changes, bringing new ideas to the team rather than simply following what's already been done.
  • You’ll regularly analyse campaign and content performance to understand what's working and what's not.
  • You’ll turn data into action — doubling down on strong creative, cutting what isn't working and constantly looking for opportunities to improve.
  • You’ll help build simple reporting that gives the team visibility into paid social performance, content performance and growth.
  • Most importantly, you’ll develop a test-and-learn mindset. We don't expect every idea to work. We do expect us to learn from every test.
  • Working Across the Business
  • You’ll work closely with the founders, sales and wider team to understand our customers, products and commercial priorities.
  • You’ll turn customer insights, product updates and company news into marketing content and campaigns.
  • You’ll also help support wider marketing activity across email, events, partnerships and other channels as the team grows.
  • This is a broad role, so you’ll need to be comfortable getting stuck in wherever there's an opportunity to make an impact.
  • You Could Be a Great Fit If You…
  • Around 2 years' experience in a marketing, social media, paid media or content role — ideally in a fast-moving startup, Saa S, technology or B2B environment
  • Hands‑on experience running paid social campaigns, ideally across Meta and/or Linked In
  • Comfortable using Ads Manager, reading campaign performance and making data‑driven optimisation decisions
  • Confident filming and editing short‑form video content yourself — you don't need to be a professional videographer, but you should be able to take an idea from concept to finished piece of content
  • Strong creative instincts and an understanding of what makes people stop scrolling
  • Comfortable writing social copy, ad copy and creative hooks
  • Naturally curious about social platforms, content trends, creators and emerging formats
  • Analytical mindset: you enjoy looking at the numbers and figuring out why something worked or didn't
  • Highly proactive and self‑motivated — you'll spot opportunities and get on with them rather than waiting to be told what to do
  • Comfortable in a founder‑led, fast‑moving environment where priorities can change quickly and everyone gets their hands dirty
  • Commercially minded — you understand that marketing ultimately needs to contribute to growth, not just likes and followers
  • Nice-to-haves (none required)
  • Experience marketing a Saa S, technology, IT or B2B business
  • Experience with Linked In Ads and/or Google Ads
  • Experience with tools such as Hub Spot, Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
  • Experience creating UGC‑style, talking‑head or social‑first video content
  • Basic understanding of landing page optimisation, email marketing or CRM
  • Experience using AI tools to speed up content creation, research, analysis or marketing workflows
