Role Overview
We’re hiring a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our tech vision and execution as part of the founding team. This is a remote-first role with regular collaboration and future presence in our upcoming London office. You’ll architect the product, manage distributed development, and drive innovation across AI, wearables, and digital health.
What You’ll Do
- Define and lead Klyft’s technical roadmap from MVP to scale
- Architect and build the platform: mobile apps, backend, APIs, and integrations
- Hire and manage a high-performing global engineering team
- Integrate wearables, fitness data, and adaptive AI models
- Ensure infrastructure is scalable, secure, and user-centric
- Collaborate with product, AI, and design teams to deliver world-class UX
- Stay ahead of emerging tech in fitness, AI, and health optimization
You Should Have
- ~7+ years of experience in software development; 3+ years in tech leadership
- ~ Proven success shipping scalable consumer platforms (ideally in fitness, AI, or health tech)
- ~ Deep knowledge of systems architecture, API integration, and cloud infrastructure
- ~ Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments with lean teams
