Cílíme primárně na evropské firmy, které mají zdravé jádro a potenciál pro transformaci – generační výměny, konsolidace, technologická akcelerace.
Nejsme klasický korporátní fond. Jsme investoři i podnikatelé - za byznysem si stojíme vlastním jménem i majetkem. Nenutíme firmy k exitu za pět let. Stavíme tržní lídry, ne čísla do IRR reportů. Tým zahrnuje lidi se zkušeností z Oxfordu, Cambridge, Harvardu a LSE a máme za sebou budování i řízení 20+ technologických firem. Máme zkušenost s aktivním ownershipem - nejsme jen „peníze v tabulce“, reálně do firem vstupujeme a měníme je. Technologie a AI jsou součást naší DNA, ne marketingový buzzword.
Interně máme AI inženýra, pracujeme s nástroji jako Claude nebo Gemini a každý den automatizujeme rutinu, abychom měli čas na strategii a reálné rozhodování.
