- Be the technology lead/product expert for delivery of projects
- To scope, plan and manage projects to deliver new systems and processes using Agile methodology in conjunction with the ICT Manager
- Working closely with IT Manager to implement and deliver the infrastructure strategy
- Act as product expert to own the cloud (Azure/M365) and on prem infrastructure
- Design, maintain and operate an infrastructure maintenance schedule in collaboration with the Systems Administrator and Infrastructure Analyst
- Mentor other team members to ensure service efficiency inc direct reports, completing quarterly reviews
- The ideal candidate will have the following
- Citrix Certified Professional Applications & Desktops
- CCNP/CCIA/JNCIA/JNCP
- VMWare VCP/VCAP
- Excellent knowledge of networking technologies, server and application virtualisation, enterprise messaging, storage technologies network security and cloud infrastructure
- Hands on experience of designing, deploying and maintaining Microsoft Azure/M365 solutions to leverage relevant business benefits
- Experience of configuration and maintenance of Linux servers & Veeam
- Hands on experience of implementing SSL VPN, SAN/NAS introduction and migration/integration, WAN Acceleration, Directory integrations, Disaster Recovery planning and delivery
- Multi-Protocol WAN/LAN design, implementation, consolidation and management
