Our legal experts are experienced in servicing individuals and businesses in a variety of areas, specialising in Personal Injury Claims, Housing Disrepair, Court of Protection, Drafting Commercial Contracts and Contract Disputes, Medical Regulation, Alternative Dispute Resolution such as Mediation and providing legal advice and support to Insurers.
As a Legal Assistant, you will progress motor and non-motor personal injury claims to a desirable conclusion, ensuring high levels of service both internally and externally. You will be responsible for:
- Managing a caseload involving liability disputes, MOJ and non-MOJ personal injury claims, and allegations of fraud and fundamental dishonesty.
- Analysing risk and using sound judgement to justify decisions in the management of cases.
The ideal candidate has existing legal experience as a Claims Handler, Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary, looking to progress into file handling.
