The firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Associate to join its dynamic and expanding Corporate and Business Law Practice Group. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced attorney to work on a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A, securities, tax structuring, financing, and compliance, while gaining direct access to clients and assuming meaningful responsibility from day one. You’ll collaborate closely with seasoned partners across disciplines and industries, advising a diverse portfolio of clients that includes closely held businesses, startups, and multinational corporations. The role offers strong mentorship, hands-on experience, and the ability to play a key role in shaping legal and business strategy for clients across the region and beyond. This firm embraces a flexible hybrid work model, allowing for a balanced mix of in-office collaboration and remote work. Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials and current admission in good standing to the Massachusetts Bar.
- 5+ years of relevant corporate law experience such as handling mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, entity formation, and general corporate governance.
- Some transferable client relationships are preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex transactions and provide strategic legal guidance to business clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and effectively interact with clients.
