We are looking for a commercially minded, relationshipâdriven Kreator Lead to establish, grow and optimise Klook's UK creator marketing programme ("Kreators"). This is Klook's global creator ecosystem, a structured programme used across multiple markets to drive brand impact, content quality and bookings through creator partnerships.
In the UK, the Kreator programme is newer and fastâgrowing, so this role will be the primary onâground owner responsible for bringing it to life locally. You will work closely with the central global team (based in APAC), as well as Kreator counterparts in the US and Australia, to implement the global framework while tailoring it for UK audiences and creator behaviour.
This is a handsâon individual contributor role focused on sourcing creators, negotiating partnerships, managing relationships and delivering highâquality, highâROI content for the UK traveller. You will have support from global teams but autonomy in shaping and scaling the UK ecosystem. Success means establishing a healthy, highâperforming UK Kreator pipeline, strengthening creator relationships and consistently feeding insights back to global teams to refine and improve the programme.
What You Will Do- Localise and Implement the Global Kreator Framework
- Apply the global creator programme and processes to the UK market in a way that feels natural and effective
- Adapt central guidelines, contracts, briefs and templates for the UK creator landscape
- Provide clear feedback to the central team on where global systems need adjustment for local conditions
- Creator Partnerships and Commercial Negotiation
- Source, pitch, negotiate and secure partnerships with creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging UK platforms
- Manage creator relationships from outreach to contracting, briefing, content review, usage rights and performance optimisation
- Negotiate within structured programme rules such as fee caps, hybrid compensation models and usage rights
- Build strong, trustâbased relationships with creators, agents and talent partners
- CrossâMarket and Global Collaboration
- Partner closely with the central global team and with US and Australia Kreator leads to stay aligned on direction and execution
- Represent the UK market in global syncs by sharing insights, challenges and opportunities
- Work with UK brand, social, campaigns, creative and affiliate teams to ensure creator content supports local objectives
- Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Use established dashboards, both external and internal tools to track performance and ROI
- Report on UK content performance, booking contribution and audience behaviour
- Ensure UK data and performance insights are feeding correctly into global systems
- UK Market Building and Representation
- Build and nurture relationships with UK creators, agents and talent networks
- Represent Klook within the UK creator community at events and industry meetups
- Help grow awareness of the Kreator programme in the UK as it scales
- Five or more years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management or a similar field
- Strong relationship management, negotiation and commercial selling skills
- Experience working within a structured or global programme with the ability to interpret, adopt and adapt central systems
- Knowledge of the UK creator landscape and creator commerce models
- Confident communication skills and comfort collaborating with international teams
- Ability to interpret performance dashboards and translate data into clear actions
- Strong organisation and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple creator partnerships at once
- Comfort being the primary UK owner of a newer market programme
