We are looking for a Full time Restaurant Manager to join the team in our Restaurant in Strikes Garden Centre.

Our restaurant boasts an impressive menu serving the highest quality, mouth-watering food using the best local produce and home baking with everything made in-house.

Competitive Salary based on experience.

The hours for this role are 45per weekover 5 days.

All positions include weekendworking so flexibility is a must.

However we have the added benefitof no evening work and no split shifts.

Our Centre isclosed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day which means time with the family on these importantdays.

The Role

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team both front and back of house and work closing with our Head Chef and kitchen team to prepare, cook and serve our fabulous food with outstanding service and personality.

What you will be doing as a Restaurant Manager?

  • Oversee set up of the front of house, counters and back of house operation each day ensuring readiness for service.
  • Lead and coach the team in front of house operation to create a welcoming and efficient service for our customers, taking every opportunity to create a Wow experience.
  • Drive sales by ensuring staff have detailed knowledge of our mouth-watering menus to share with our customers as well as creating fabulous counter displays.
  • Ensure our Restaurants operate to the highest of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety Standards.
  • Plan staff rotas and holidays within cost control and service level requirements.
  • Monitor and order stock and undertake weekly stock counts to ensure GP target is achieved.
