William Strike Ltd (the Klondyke Group) is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join our Grangemouth Head Office.
This field-based role will oversee safety across 24 garden centres and restaurants, reporting to Head of Property, Safety & Sustainability, with Monday–Friday 37.5 hours and occasional overnight stays.
You will drive a proactive safety culture, coach managers, lead risk management and contractor oversight, investigate incidents, and work with insurers to reduce risk.
