We are looking for a Full Time Permanent Foodhall Supervisor to join the team in our Woodmansey Garden Centre.

The hours for this position are 39 hours per week over 5 days including regular weekend shifts so flexibility is a must.

The Supervisor rate of pay is £13.27per hour.

The Role

Passionate about fresh produce, you will ensure the smooth running of the Foodhall delivering excellent shop floor standards and mouth-watering counter displays.

You will support your team to develop excellent product knowledge enabling first class customer service to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers helping them to make informed purchases.

What you will be doing as a Foodhall Supervisor?

  • Oversee stock replenishment and merchandising across retail shopfloor and counters.
  • Supporting in duty management to ensure the safe and secure operation of the Foodhall.
  • Coaching and developing your team in all aspect of their role.
  • Meeting all Food Safety and Hygiene requirements.
  • Advising our customers on products for their needs, taking every opportunity to WOW.
  • Checking/booking in stock and ordering.
  • Till operation and serving customers.
  • Oversee general housekeeping and cleaning as required.
