We are looking for a Part Time Permanent Chef to join the team in our Restaurant in The Crieff Food Company.

Our competitive rate of pay is £13.27 per hour.

The hours for this role are 28 hours over 4days.

All positions include weekendworking so flexibility is a must.

However we have the added benefitof no evening work and no split shifts.

Our Centre isclosed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day which means time with the family on these importantdays.

The Role

As a Chef, you will support all areas of food production and cleaning in the kitchen.

You will work at part of a small team under the guidance of your Head Chef/Restuarant Managerand be responsible for the preparation of our fresh ingredients for our full menu range.

What you will be doing as a Chef?

  • Prepare fresh ingredients
  • Prepare hot and cold food orders to order
  • Monitor stock levels and contribute towards the ordering process
  • Work efficiently to ensure low levels of waste
  • Carry out cleaning of equipment and working areas to the highest food hygiene standards
  • Close down kitchen each day including preparation for the following day.
