We are looking for a Full Time Permanent Catering Assistant to join the team in our Restaurant in Mortonhall Garden Centre.

Our competitive rates of pay range from £10.40 to £12.75 per hour dependent on age.

The hours for this role are 40 per weekover 5days. All positions include weekends working so flexibility is a must.

The Role

As a Catering Assistant , you have a responsibility to support the kitchen team for prepare fabulous meals to order for our customers.

What you will be doing as a Catering Assistant ?

  • Support in all areas of food production working with fresh ingredients.
  • Preparing hot and cold snacks and deli items to order.
  • Carry out food preparation checks in line with food hygiene safety standards
  • Cleaning of all back of house and kitchen preparation areas and equipment.
  • Closing back of house area each day to our company standards.
