We are looking for a Part-Time Restaurant Supervisor to join the team in our Restaurant in Daleside Garden Centre. Our competitive rate for this role is £13.27 per hour. Hours for the role are 30 per week over 4 days. All positions involve regular weekend work so flexibility is a must.
Our restaurant boasts an impressive menu serving the highest quality, mouth-watering food using the best local produce and home baking with everything made in-house.
The Role
As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading the front of house operation working closely with our chef and kitchen team to prepare and serve our fabulous food with outstanding service and personality.
What you will be doing as a Restaurant Supervisor?
- Oversee set up of the front of house and counters operation each day ensuring readiness for service.
- Coordinate the team in front of house operation to create a welcoming and efficient service for our customers, taking every opportunity to create a Wow experience.
- Ensure staff have detailed knowledge of our mouth-watering menus to share with our customers as well as creating fabulous counter displays.
- Carry out all required Food Hygiene and Health and Safety checks.
- Review and follow staff rotas to ensure service level requirements are met.
