We are looking for a Full Time Permanent Garden Centre Supervisor to join the team in our KlondykeGarden Centre.

The hours for this position are 42.5per week over 5 days including regular weekend shifts so flexibility is a must.

Our competitive rate for this role is £12.70 per hour.

The Role

As a Garden Centre Supervisor, you will use your retail expertise to ensure the smooth running of all indoor retail areas, making sure we have excellent shop standards and a knowledgeable and customer focused team.

What you will be doing as a Garden Centre Supervisor?

  • Oversee stock replenishment and merchandising across all retail areas.
  • Supporting in duty management to ensure the safe and secure operation of the Centre.
  • Coaching and developing you team of colleagues in all aspect of their role.
  • Advising our customers on products for their needs, taking every opportunity to WOW.
  • Checking/booking in stock and ordering.
  • Till operation and serving customers.
  • Oversee general housekeeping and cleaning as required.
