We are looking for a Part Time Temporary Retail Assistant to join the team in our Holland Arms Garden Centre. Our competitive rates of pay range is dependent on age. The hours for this position are 20 per week over 4 days including regular weekend shifts, so flexibility is a must.
As a General Retail Assistant, you have a responsibility to provide excellent customer service, creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers helping them to make informed purchases.
- Till operation and serving customers
- Stock replenishment and merchandising across all departments
- Creating and maintaining fabulous product displays
- Assisting our customers across the Centre taking every opportunity to WOW
- Carry out cleaning and housekeeping tasks as needed
- Assisting customers with carrying purchases to their cars
- Collecting trolleys and shopping baskets
Qualifications & What Makes You a Great Fit
- Friendly, with an engaging personality and a genuine love for customer service.
- Knowledge of Garden Centre products preferred but not essential as full training will be given
- Strong customer service skills.
