We are looking for a Part Time Permanent Delivery Driver/General Assistant to join the team in our Houghton Hall Garden Centre. The hours for this position are 24.5 per week over 3 days including regular weekend shifts so flexibility is a must. Our competitive rate of pay for this role is £12.25 per hour. You must be 25 years or over due to insurance restrictions.
The Role
As a Delivery Driver/General Assistant you will be carrying out customer deliveries ensuring safe vehicle operation and excellent customer skills will be essential for this role.
What you will be doing as a Delivery Driver/General Assistant?
- Carrying out customer deliveries
- Till operation and serving customers when required
- Stock replenishment and merchandising across all departments
- Any other duties associated with a retail environment
