We are looking for a Part‑time Permanent General Retail Assistant to join the team at Brookside Garden Centre. Our competitive rates of pay are dependent on age. Hours are 20 per week over 4 days, including regular weekend shifts; flexibility is a must.
As a General Retail Assistant, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service, creating an exceptional shopping experience, and helping customers make informed purchases. What you will be doing as a General Retail Assistant?
- Till operation and serving customers
- Stock replenishment and merchandising across all departments
- Creating and maintaining product displays
- Assisting customers across the Centre, taking every opportunity to WOW
- Carry out cleaning and housekeeping tasks as needed
- Assist customers with carrying purchases to their cars
- Collecting trolleys and shopping baskets
