We are looking for a Full Time Permanent Garden Centre Supervisor to join the team in our Brookside Garden Centre. The hours for this position are 42.5 hours per week over 5 days, including regular weekend shifts, so flexibility is a must. Our competitive rate for this role is £13.27 per hour.
The Role
As a Garden Centre Supervisor, you will use your retail expertise to ensure the smooth running of all indoor retail areas, making sure we have excellent shop standards and a knowledgeable and customer focused team.
What you will be doing as a Garden Centre Supervisor
- Oversee stock replenishment and merchandising across all retail areas.
- Support in duty management to ensure the safe and secure operation of the Centre.
- Coach and develop your team of colleagues in all aspects of their role.
- Advise our customers on products for their needs, taking every opportunity to WOW.
- Check/booking in stock and ordering.
- Operate till and serve customers.
- Oversee general housekeeping and cleaning as required.
