We are looking for a Full Time Permanent Outdoor Retail Assistant to join the team in our Strikes Garden Centre. Our competitive rates of pay range is dependent on age. The hours for this position are 39.25 per week over 5 days including regular weekend shifts so flexibility is a must.
The Role
As a Outdoor General Retail Assistant, you have a responsibility to provide excellent customer service, creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers helping them to make informed purchases in garden sundries area which include compost, stoneware and landscape products. Due to the nature of the role candidates require to be physically fit.
What you will be doing as a Outdoor General Retail Assistant?
- Till operation and serving customers
- Stock replenishment and merchandising across the outdoor departments
- Creating and maintaining fabulous product displays
- Assisting our customers across the Centre taking every opportunity to WOW
- Carrying out cleaning and housekeeping tasks as needed
- Assisting customers with carrying purchases to their cars
- Collecting trolleys and shopping baskets
