We are looking for a Full Time Permanent Horticultural Supervisor to join the team in our Klondyke Garden Centre. Our competitive rate of pay for this role is £12.70 per hour. The hours for this position are 30 per week over 5 days including regular weekend shifts so flexibility is a must.
The Role
As a Horticultural Supervisor, you must have specialist plant knowledge to provide excellent customer service, creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers helping them to make informed purchases. You will also be responsible for supporting the Management Team to ensure the profitable and efficient running of the store.
What you will be doing as a Horticultural Supervisor?
- Plant stock replenishment and merchandising to create fabulous plant displays
- Look after and care for our plants ensuring they are always healthy and looking great for our customers
- Advising our customers on suitable plants and products for their needs, taking every opportunity to WOW.
- Till operation and serving customers
- Carry out cleaning and housekeeping tasks as needed
- Assisting customers with carrying purchases to their cars
- Collecting trolleys and shopping baskets
