Base pay range
We are looking for a Full Time Permanent Garden Centre Supervisor to join the team in our Klondyke Garden Centre. The hours for this position are 42.5 per week over 5 days, including regular weekend shifts, so flexibility is a must. Our competitive rate for this role is £12.70 per hour.
The Role
As a Garden Centre Supervisor, you will use your retail expertise to ensure the smooth running of all indoor retail areas, making sure we have excellent shop standards and a knowledgeable and customer focused team.
What you will be doing as a Garden Centre Supervisor
- Oversee stock replenishment and merchandising across all retail areas.
- Supporting in duty management to ensure the safe and secure operation of the Centre.
- Coaching and developing your team of colleagues in all aspects of their role.
- Advising our customers on products for their needs, taking every opportunity to WOW.
- Checking/booking in stock and ordering.
- Till operation and serving customers.
- Oversee general housekeeping and cleaning as required.
